Puisque Monsieur Ed n’a que deux mains et qu’il lui en faut une pour boire son thé, l’autre pour lire votre manuscrit, il lui est impossible d’envoyer des accusés de réception.
Monsieur Ed lira votre proposition avec attention et ne répondra qu’aux créateurs des projets qui auront suscité son intérêt. Veuillez compter de douze à seize semaines pour l'évaluation du manuscrit.

Send your manuscripts along with a synopsis or send your portfolio THIS WAY. Since Mr. Ed only has two hands, and he needs one to drink his tea and the other to read your manuscript, it is impossible for him to also send acknowledgments of receipt.
Mr. Ed will carefully read your proposal and will only contact the authors whose projects have aroused his interest. Please allow twelve to sixteen weeks for manuscript evaluation.
